environmentally friendly flooring

the environmentally flooring i found was cork flooring. it is made up of the outside layer of the cork oak tree. when the bark is taken, the tree grows new barks and this process does not harm or kill the trees. bark of the trees are sliced out to make flooring. there are a lot of benefits to using cork as flooring. it is light, elastic, impermeable and has low conductivity. the cons of having cork flooring is, it can easily be damaged with heavy objects. it will also fade after time because it is natural and will fade because of the sun.

  1. You still want to add a little more to your posts... What's the price range? Can it be used in the bathroom and kitchen? What about commercial applications? Is it appropriate for high traffic areas?
